I had a proper sort out of my patterns this morning and boy do I need to go back on a pattern buying diet again as I have qt least 30 I have bought and not made, some bought recently and some that have been waiting for me for years.
Here is my list, I may well have to decide to drop some of these as there are some that are similar, some that I don’t fancy any more, and I will realistically never make all 30! I don’t really NEED anything new although some dresses I made years ago are wearing thin in places that can’t really be fixed (looking at your linen dresses where the chest area is about to go! Boob rub, who knew that was a thing!), and some dresses that have never fitted super well or that don’t have proper pockets may have to be retired/ have their fabric repurposed.
1 Gibson loungewear. Mainly for the lovely dress with the gathered sleeves, although I do have other dresses like this so may have been an impulse purchase I didn’t need. I do not wear lounge wear, I don’t linger in PJs so I won’t use this for its intended purpose.
2. Tessuti fabrics Alba pants
Another wide leg pant with an elasticated back was it. I already have more of these than I wear, being mostly a leggings or colourful snag tights gal. But I do love their patterns so maybe

3 House jacket, a hand stitched Japanese Boro inspired project
I really want to make this as it will be so beautiful and such a mindful project. Is it realistic I will make this?

4. Skipper top and dress

I always adore their patterns and think I will make this as a dress.

5. Seamwork Del jumpsuit
6. Kimmy dress
https://www.seamwork.com/pdf-sewing-patterns/kimmy-easy-elastic-waist-dress
Cute, gathered sleeves along the shoulder seam, simple sewing, will be on my list!
7. Indigo coat
Lovely shape, it’s been a while since I made a coa, but realistically how often do I wear a jacket in the spring/ summer and how many do I already have?

8. Waves and wild superstar bra

Definitely on the list. I have a lot of fun jersey fabric and I want to get back into bra making but minus underwires now. This looks very much like the Molke bras, so yes yes yes
9. Patsy overalls

These look SO comfy, whether it may feel like I am wearing my PJs I don’t know but I have had these on my list for a few years and this is their year. https://thefoldline.com/products/ready-to-sew-patsy-overalls
10. Rebel Jumpsuit by Daughter Judy
https://www.daughterjudypatterns.com/products/rebel-jumpsuit

I adore the look of this and I think their patterns look amazing, a satisfying sew as well, definitely on the list
11. Daughter Judy Seneca flightsuit
I love the look of this but I am not a flight suit kinda person really so realistically probably not!
12. Matchy Matchy Bow boxer shortd

Super ciute and an easy sew. Either for shorty PJs or shorts under a dress in the summer…

13. Inca pants

These got lost in my stash but as very much definite yes. Low crotch pants are my fave!

14. Marcy Tilton for Vogue V1731.
I adore her patterns, they are always quirky and asymmetrical and a fun sew. This can be made as a very low crotch pant with a s skirt kinda loo which would be the one I would go for. Made out of patchwork fabrics too, love love love. Been in my stash too long.

15. Tiana Herring Juniper dress
I love a dress with elasticated panels/ shearing so will endeavour to make this. It has a front exposed zip and a cute collar as well. Different and interesting!
16 Assembly line wide leg jumpsuit
Always love their patterns BUT I don’t wear jumpsuits all that much so maybe not…
WHAT A GREAT LIST!
It has been good to assess whilst writing this post and now I have a list of things I will definitely make.
Happy sewing!
